Coach Application
Coach applications for the 2025-2026 season are now open!
If you are interested in being a Head or Assistant Coach for the 2025-2026 season, please follow the process below...
- Download House League application HERE
- Fill out the coach application and email it to: vice.president@eastendstorm.ca
- Obtain your Police Record Check, Level 3 Vulnerable Sector, if yours has expired.
- The OMHA volunteer letter to receive the police record check without having to pay is available HERE (2025)
- VSCs are valid for 3 years. If yours is due to expire during the current hockey season, please obtain a new one.
- VSCs are now managed by HEO through their portal: https://www.hockeyeasternontario.ca/ New VSCs are required to be uploaded once they are received. If your VSC has not expired, you are responsible for filling out the declaration through that same portal.
