Pilot Merger Town Hall Meetings

Orleans Minor Hockey and Gloucester Centre Minor Hockey have been in meetings to discuss a potential Pilot Merger.
Hello, Rush Families!
It is hard to believe that we have come to the end of another hockey season and even harder to believe that we are already talking about 2023/24, yet here we are! As we shared with you a couple of weeks ago, Orleans Minor Hockey and Gloucester Centre Minor Hockey have been in meetings to discuss a potential Pilot Merger with the intent to improve the hockey experience for our members. We are very pleased to announce that the plans have been set to enter into this Pilot Merger for next season!
We are feeling so positive about these plans! All of our kids stand to benefit from what the two organizations bring to the table:
An increased volunteer base with a wealth of experience;
A well-funded and well-stocked Outreach Program for community members;
A fantastic coach mentorship program;
A well-respected development program for skating, skills and goalie training;
A popular 4on4 Spring Hockey League;
Two well-run tournaments at the U11 and U15 levels;
And, most importantly, the larger organization will provide the opportunity for our kids to play at the appropriate levels.
We could not be more excited for this Pilot Merger! At the same time, we know that our members will have questions and we want to be there for you. To give the opportunity to ask us these questions, we have scheduled two Town Hall Meetings:
